Privacy
Arc Implementation (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This page covers this website. The Arc app has its own terms, which you see when you sign up.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the Book a call form, email or ring us: your name, business, trade, phone number and anything you tell us about your business.
- How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which parts of the page people use. It sets cookies and records things like your browser, device and rough location. It doesn't tell us who you are.
Why we collect it
To call you back, answer your questions and talk about whether Arc, the program or our support suit your business. Analytics helps us improve the site. We don't sell your information, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who else sees it
Only the services we use to run the business, such as our email, the tools that deliver form enquiries to us, and Google Analytics. Some of them store data outside Australia. We only share what's needed for them to do that job, or where the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and delete it when we no longer need it.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If that doesn't resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
